Motherhood can bring joy and overwhelm, smiles and tears, excitement and exhaustion—from pregnancy through postpartum and into those early parenting years.
The good news? You’re not alone, and what you’re feeling is more common than you think.
Support and connection aren’t luxuries during this season—they’re essential.
I’m here to walk alongside you and help you grow into the mom that you want to be.
I have over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, though my focus has shifted to supporting and educating women and providers throughout the perinatal period in order to prepare for the effects of motherhood on mental health. I am a perinatal wellness specialist, trained postpartum doula, integrative health practitioner (and more...oh my!). But most importantly, I am mother of three who truly understands the challenges the perinatal period brings. I am here to support you, educate you, lift you up, and help those shifts feel less heavy. My approach is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience—and I find that relatability to be so important in this work.

You prepared for birth. But who prepared you for after?
So much of what mothers experience in postpartum is common — but that doesn't make it normal. You deserve information, support, and someone in your corner.
