Hi, I'm Abby!
 
I am a passionate mental health advocate, maternal wellness coach, and mom of three. I help pregnant, postpartum, and seasoned moms prepare for the emotional, physical, and mental load of motherhood—so they can feel less overwhelmed, more supported, and more at ease in their daily lives. 

I have over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist and am certified in perinatal mental health, but also have additional training in yoga and integrative health to better serve my clients in both mind and body. My approach is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience—I’ve walked this road myself, and it’s what led me to this work that I love so deeply. 
My Services
Groups and Coaching
I offer short term individual coaching packages, group coaching/support groups, consultation, and collaborative workshops through My Motherhood Mindset. Coaching focuses on personal development, goal-setting, health and wellness, and mindset work, and does not involve mental health diagnoses or clinical treatment. 
​Therapy
I offer individual therapy through my private therapy practice (Abigail Gianniny, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, PLLC) for clients who meet clinical criteria. Therapy is a licensed clinical service that addresses emotional distress, mental health disorders, and healing from past trauma.
