I have over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist and am certified in perinatal mental health, but also have additional training in yoga and integrative health to better serve my clients in both mind and body. My approach is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience—I’ve walked this road myself, and it’s what led me to this work that I love so deeply.
